This Roundtable will be a six-person panel focusing on the risk of excavation damage to underground utilities and the threat to public safety. Seated at tables face to face, participants from various parts of the utility industry discuss strategies designed to protect workers and the public from potentially catastrophic excavation related accidents.

We’re Done Pretending Otherwise.” The CGA has stated the 50 in 5 goal has failed, and something needs to change. Planet Underground has been echoing this for many years. So, have we finally reached the tipping point where something actually changes in laws, enforcement and overall restructuring of the entire 811 system?
